In a recent poll that was take it shows that many New Yorkers would love to have the same type of casinos that they can find in Las Vegas. Most people are willing to admit that this industry is one that brings in a ton of money to the area.
It showed that when asked about a Las Vegas type of casino located in town would be favored almost 20 percent higher than those who are against it. Showing the split to be 56 percent in favor and only 37 percent against the idea of having casinos in town, like those in Vegas.
Those who are against this type of action will normally be the group who claim that casinos will bring more crime to the city. Not really making fun of the problem there, by stating how high the crime rate is already in the city, and can it even go higher. Entering into a paradox that will trap you inside and hold you hostage one the inside.
So what do they have to worry about, it cannot go higher, thus it will not even create a problem, but will what solves it. You will have that feeling of thrill as you know you are out of it again and thus safe. Why not enjoy the things that can be brought to your area by all the money that has been earned through allowing gambling in the city.
Money brought into the city could be used to make it easier to go out at night, because people will be happy. They have a chance to enjoy life a bit better, if they only win that jackpot. It's a hope that can carry you through with you through rough times.
